Defaults on for daily tasks. Uncheck for tasks that aren't part of the posting cadence (e.g. one-off edits).
Admin users
Bootstrap accounts (mando, kellie, ergy, che, hope) ship with the system. You can override their password, role, or display name at any time — that creates a runtime override that takes precedence over the defaults. Disable to lock an account out without deleting history. Hard-locked rows (you) can only be edited by yourself.
New admin user
Lowercase letters, numbers, _ or -. Cannot be changed later.
Director and Manager have the same task permissions — labels just clarify org structure.
Leave empty to keep existing password.
A disabled account cannot log in. Their history is preserved.

Excused days don't count for or against the streak. Completed forces the day to count. Missed force-breaks the streak. Logged with your name and reason.
Force complete
Marks the task complete on behalf of the creator. Logged with your name and reason in the audit trail.
Uncheck to leave subitems as-is — useful if some won't be checked off intentionally.
